UK & International Delivery

Our shipping rates for any single order, no matter how large, are as follows: 

All delivery schedules quoted below exclude bank holidays and weekends, and are dependant on stock availability.

Royal Mail Standard (UK): £3.95 - 1-2 working days despatch (5-7 working days delivery)

Royal Mail Standard (UK): £5.95 - same day despatch order before 2:30pm (1-2 working days delivery)

Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK Only): £8.95 - Order before 2:30pm for delivery before 1pm next working day.

Overseas: We are currently unable to ship to the EU due to the restrictions and requirements in place due to Brexit.

International: Royal Mail Service £15.00 - 14-21 working days (Tracked).

Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and charges in the destination country, payable by the customer.

Special Instructions


There is the option to submit special instructions for delivery during checkout. Your instructions will be copied on to the parcel so please ensure they are clear and correct. Please be aware we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the parcel should you ask for it to be left in an unsecured location.

Out of Stock Items


We endeavour to send all our customers emails within 1 working day of order placement confirming stock availability and delivery information.

We try to replenish stocks on a regular basis but anything temporarily out of stock will be delivered within 4-6 weeks.

If you have ordered more than one item and part of your order is out of stock then the out of stock item will be sent within 4-6 weeks and no extra postage charge will be incurred.

Returns


What is our returns policy?

At The Pearl Company we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may wish to change your mind.

If you need to return an unused item you can do so within 90 days for an exchange or refund as required. We will refund the monetary value of the items returned to us, at the price you purchased them, but not the delivery charges.

The goods must be returned in the same condition as received and if possible with all packaging. The Pearl Company reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged, worn or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Under the EU Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us. You must let us know in writing, or by email to customer-services@pearlcompany.co.uk or by calling us stating your wish to cancel the contract and ensuring you quote the order number in all correspondence. We will refund you the original purchase price and the delivery charge. If you have already received the goods, you will need to return the items at your cost (unless faulty). If you are returning part of your order, we will only refund you the original purchase price of the item(s).

 

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is faulty, we will be happy to refund your costs incurred in sending it back. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges.  Please call us on 01908 523155 and we will arrange to send you a free returns label.

 

Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed under the following circumstances:

- The original account details have expired
- The original account no longer exists

How do I return an item?


Please enclose the dispatch note inside the parcel giving the reason for the return, stating exactly whether you require a refund or exchange. Pack the parcel securely reusing the original packaging if possible. Return the package to The Pearl Company via the Post Office, please do not use a courier service.  We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.  Please ensure you keep your proof of posting.

When do I get a refund once I have returned an item?


When we have received the items back into our warehouse, refunds will be credited back to you using the same method by which you originally paid. We aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 7 days. Some banks take a few days to process the credit to your account.
